Vermiculite boards have good performance of fireproof and insulation, even after CNC milled. Due to the formation of the boards, it can be machined like timber board, such as cutting, drilling, joining, milling, and grooving etc. The CNC (Computer Numerical Control) milled parts are precision-engineered under precious equipment, which can offer Precision and Accuracy, Versatility, Consistency, and efficiency. It’s highly recommend for samples or small orders which no need to have new molds producing, which is lower costs and fast delivery.
Description:
The Vermiculite boards are made of a natural inorganic mineral which called vermiculite, whose structureis porous and melting point of 1,300'C, with excellent insulation features whichcan prevent the heat spreading and no pollutant produced during the processof high temperature firing. With unique design, the vermiculite board can resist 1,100'C firing, and smalllinear change even for long years applying in the single face burning environment. And strong strength makes it not so easy to broken, and ensures a longer service life. On the plain panels,it can be secondly processing by simple tools like hand saws, chisel etc. You make it into your required shapes with simply woodworking tools. Also, you can cut it into size to fit the required stoves or fireplaces.
