BW vermiculite fire bricks : Though the working temperature of stoves & fireplaces is not high, but due to the uneven heating, the fireproof brickss are easily getting bending, cracking. It is a big problem which confusing the stoves & fireplaces manufacturers.
Key Features:
BW vermiculite fire brick can resist 1,100 ℃ fire heating, the reheat linear shrinkage is <1%.
In real fire stoves applying testing, diagonal length of 1000 mm bending less than 2 mm, which is almost no bending.
Anymore, it is light-weight(0.6-1.0 g/cm3), good strength which can be cut, sawed, punched etc. processing by wood-tools.
Excellent insulation performance and no need to worry about the pulverization
