Product Brief Description:
BWV X, is vermiculite based refractory and insulation product.
It is panel shaped, applied in the insulation layer of the tundish and steel ladle.
Can reduce the insulation layer thickness to 10-18 mm, and keep the outside of the steel ladle at a suitable low temperature( around 320°C with 18mm thickness layer), increasing the inner space and keep the energy consumption at a reasonable low level.
The max service of BWV X is around 1,200°C, and the thermal conductivity under 1000°C is below 0.3 W/m.k. With the specific structure, it can keep the heat and prevent it spreading, and keep a good long service life in the ladle insulation layer
